Indian benchmark indices are likely to open on positive note on Thursday, tracking firm cues from Nifty futures on the Singapore Stock Exchange and positive cues from global peers. Overseas, markets across Asia were trading higher after Wall Street ended at record high in overnight trade as investors cheered higher-than-expected increase in US factory activity in the month of December. Back home, bullish trend in the SGX Nifty Index Futures for January delivery, which were trading at 10,498.00, up by 19 points.
