* AARTI INDUSTRIES: Board has recommended the issuance of one bonus share for every share held in the company.

* CEAT: Has bought an additional 6.25% stake in auto ancillary firm Tyresnmore Online for 30 mln rupees.

* CONTAINER CORP OF INDIA: The company and the Indian Railways will commence container  trainoperations from Suranussi, Punjab.

* CORPORATION BANK: Has cut its marginal cost of funds-based lending rate for six-month and one-year tenures by 15 basis points to 8.65% and 8.70%, respectively, effective Thursday.

* FORCE MOTORS: Has suspended production at its plants in Pune, Maharashtra, and Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, from Aug 14-18.

* FUTURE RETAIL: Amazon is in advanced stage of discussions with the company for picking up 8-10% stake in the Indian retail chain.

* GULF OIL LUBRICANTS INDIA: Smallcap World Fund Inc has sold 264,882 shares or 0.53% stake in the company at 815.88 apiece through a bulk deal on BSE.

* HDFC LIFE INSURANCE CO: Standard Life of UK, the JV partner for HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP, is planning to sell up to 3.2% stake in the company through block deals to mop up about 32 bln rupees.

* HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS: Has pitched for an order to manufacture four additional squadrons of the Su-30 MKI jets to quickly meet gaps in squadron strength but the air force seems to be only keen on ordering
replacements for aircraft lost in accidents.

* HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORP: Has finally recognised its majority owner OIL & NATURAL GAS CORP as its promoter in public filings following a harsh directive from the market regulator last week.

* HOTEL LEELAVENTURE: Has sought a fresh approval from shareholders for the sale of its hotels in Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Udaipur.

* INDIAN OIL CORP: Will invest 2 trln rupees in next five to seven years to expand refining and
petrochemical capacities in order to maintain leadership position, Chairman Sanjiv Singh said.

* INFOSYS: Has received an order from Toyota Material Handling North America for digital services.

* JAIPRAKASH ASSOCIATES: The Competition Commission of India has imposed a fine of 138.2 mln rupees on the company for imposing discriminatory conditions on residential buyers in Wish Town, Jaypee Greens project, in Noida and Greater Noida.

* JET AIRWAYS INDIA: Is now headed for liquidation in the bankruptcy court after it received no serious expressions of interest despite the banks extending the deadline to Saturday.

* JINDAL STEEL & POWER: Has sold off its Botswana coal mine to Maatla Energy for $150 mln.

* JSW ENERGY: Has received shareholders' approval to raise around $750 mln from international bond sale, which would used to fund expansion plans and repay some of its existing debt of over 100.50 bln rupees.

* KHADIM INDIA: Promoter Siddhartha Roy Burman has bought 100,507 shares or 0.56% stake in the company at 194.98 rupees apiece through a bulk deal on BSE.

* NMDC: Has kept prices of its iron ore products unchanged on month for August.

* RELIANCE CAPITAL: Is in talks with investors such as private equity firms to sell its balance 11% stake in RELIANCE NIPPON LIFE ASSET MANAGEMENT.

* STEEL AUTHORITY OF INDIA: Has cut prices of steel bars and galvanised corrugated sheets by up to 9% for August.

* UNION BANK OF INDIA: Has reduced interest rates on savings accounts of up to 2.5 mln rupees by 25 basis points to 3.25% effective Saturday.

* WIPRO: Has launched three artificial intelligence solutions, which will help its enterprise clients in the energy, utilities, and healthcare segments.

* YES BANK: Capital raising committee will on Wednesday consider and approve the issue price of the bank's qualified institutional placement.

* ZEE ENTERTAINMENT ENTERPRISES: Has completed buyout of the remaining 26% stake in Zee- Turner, its network distribution arm, for 260,000 rupees, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
- Has tied up with KPMG for its initiative 'Embark' that will focus on building front line managerial
capabilities, both behavioural and functional.
