* AUROBINDO PHARMA: Netherlands-based wholly-owned arm Helix Healthcare B.V. has entered into an agreement with China's Shandong Luoxin Pharmaceutical Group Stock Co to set up a joint venture company in China.
* DABUR INDIA: Will launch two ayurveda products during the 8th World Ayurveda Congress in
Ahmedabad from Dec 14 to Dec 17.
* FORTIS HEALTHCARE: Northern TK Venture, together with IHH Healthcare Berhad and Parkway Pantai, has made an open offer to acquire 197.03 mln shares, representing 26% stake in the company, at 170 rupees each.
* INDIABULLS HOUSING FINANCE: Raised 2.5 bln rupees through bonds maturing in 18 months at a coupon rate of 9.2244%.
* INDIABULLS VENTURES: Promoter Sameer Gehlaut and five other promoter entities have settled a Securities and Exchange Board of India probe into alleged violation of 'takeover regulations' after paying 4.8 mln rupees as settlement fee.

* JET AIRWAYS INDIA: Will withdraw services from nine airports in India and from a few West Asian nations by February.
* PHOENIX MILLS: Transferred its entire stake in wholly-owned subsidiary Insight Mall Developers to subsidiary Island Star Mall Developers for 3.28 mln rupees.
* PNC INFRATECH: Wholly-owned subsidiary PNC Challakere (Karnataka) Highways has achieved financial closure for its 11.57-bln-rupee road project and has submitted the related documents to the National Highways Authority of India.
* POWER GRID CORP OF INDIA: Entered into a term-loan agreement for 22 bln yen (around 14 bln rupees) with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp, to finance its capital expenditure.
* PUNJ LLOYD: IFCI has sold 4.38 mln shares of the company, constituting 1.30% stake, pledged by the promoters.
* RATTANINDIA POWER: Lenders to phase-I of the company's 1,350-MW Amravati Thermal Power Project, led by POWER FINANCE CORP, have sought bids from interested buyers for the plant.
* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: Raised 55 bln rupees through two bonds maturing in 10 years.
