* ANDHRA BANK: Will reduce its marginal cost of funds-based lending rates by 5-10 basis points on most tenures, effective today.

* ASTRAZENECA PHARMA INDIA: Expects to launch a drug named XIGDUO XR in India in Jan-Mar.
